Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience remains exceptional.

1. Exchange Eligibility:

Timeframe: You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Documentation: Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Hygiene Policy: For health and safety reasons, earrings (including studs, hoops, and dangles) cannot be exchanged unless defective.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items:

Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces
Items purchased during seasonal sales or special promotions
Earrings of any kind (due to hygiene regulations)
Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

3. Exchange Process:

Step 2: Provide the following information:

Your order number
Product details you wish to exchange
Reason for exchange
Preferred replacement item (if known)

Step 3: Our team will verify your request and provide:

Authorization for exchange
Instructions for returning the item
Nearest return location (if applicable)

Step 4: Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Step 5: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

4. Exchange Options:

Size exchange (for adjustable items)
Color/material exchange (subject to availability)
Exchange for another product of equal or greater value (price difference will be charged)
Store credit for future purchases

5. Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 3 business days.
Approved exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
You will receive notification and tracking information once your exchange is shipped.

6. Special Circumstances:

Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.
Wrong Item Received: In case you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for pickup at our expense and prioritize your correct order.

7. Important Notes:

The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of items. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking.
Emanam Jewelries reserves the right to refuse exchanges that don't meet our policy requirements.
Exchanges are limited to one per order.
Price adjustments are not available for items that go on sale after purchase.

8. International Orders:
Currently, we only accept exchanges for orders shipped within Pakistan. International exchange requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged unless defective. This includes:

Clearance items
Special promotion pieces
Custom orders
